Performance Advertising

Paid acquisition run on the client's behalf, in the client's own accounts, measured against an agreed cost per outcome.

Conversion tracking is implemented and verified before any budget is spent. Without it every subsequent decision is guesswork with an invoice attached, and the guesswork compounds for as long as the account runs.

Campaigns run in accounts the client owns, funded from budgets the client controls. We are paid for managing the work, not as a percentage of the media budget, and we do not resell advertising inventory. The account, its history and its data remain the client's property throughout, including after the engagement ends.

Tests are recorded rather than remembered. An account whose history exists only in someone's head has to be relearned every time the person changes.

How we work

  1. 01

    Measurement first

Conversion tracking is implemented and verified before spend begins. Without it, every subsequent decision is guesswork with an invoice attached.

  2. 02

    Structure

Accounts and campaigns are built to a documented structure, so that results can be attributed and the account remains legible to whoever inherits it.

  3. 03

    Testing

Creative, audience and landing pages are tested against the agreed metric, with results recorded rather than remembered.

  4. 04

    Scaling

Budget moves toward what meets the target and away from what does not, on a weekly cycle.
