Digital Marketing
Planning and running digital marketing for the client — positioning, channel mix and the measurement that shows whether it worked.
A marketing plan that cannot be measured is a spending plan. Where measurement is missing or unreliable we record that as a finding at the audit stage rather than quietly building on top of it, because everything downstream inherits the error.
Media budgets are placed in accounts owned by the client, and reporting is drawn from those accounts. We charge for the work, never a share of the spend — the two arrangements pull in opposite directions the moment a channel stops performing.
Monthly reporting covers the channels that did not work as well as the ones that did. A report containing only good news is not a report.

How we work
Audit
What is running today, what it costs and what it returns. Where measurement is missing or unreliable, that is recorded as a finding rather than assumed.
Plan
Audience, positioning and channel mix, with a budget allocation and the metric each channel is accountable for.
Execution
Campaigns run in the client's own advertising and analytics accounts, so the data and the account history remain the client's property throughout.
Reporting
Monthly, against the metrics agreed in the plan, including the channels that did not work.
