Terms of Use
These terms govern use of this website. They do not govern the services the company provides; those are governed by the agreement signed for each engagement.
1. Who operates this site
This site is operated by G-ON TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622). Registration particulars, including the Company Number and Business Registration Number, appear in the footer of every page and on the Contact page.
2. Acceptance
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
3. Purpose of the content
The content of this site is provided for general information about the company and the services it offers. It describes what the company sells; it is not an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract arises from the site alone.
Nothing on this site is professional advice of any kind. In particular, nothing here is investment, legal, tax or medical advice, and nothing here should be relied on as a recommendation in respect of any security, transaction or counterparty. The company does not carry on any activity regulated under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571).
4. Accuracy
The company takes reasonable care over the accuracy of the content but does not warrant that it is complete or current. Descriptions of services state what is typically delivered; the scope of any particular engagement is fixed by the agreement for that engagement.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, layout, typography and graphics, is owned by the company or used with permission. It may be read, quoted with attribution, and printed for the reader's own use. It may not be republished, redistributed commercially or used to train an automated system without written permission.
6. Submissions through this site
The forms on this site accept no attachments. Information submitted through them is used only to respond to the enquiry, on the basis set out in the Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential or sensitive information through these forms; the company will propose a secure channel where one is needed.
7. Links to other sites
Where this site links to a third-party site, the link is provided for convenience. The company does not control and is not responsible for the content of any linked site.
8. Availability
The site is provided as it stands. The company does not undertake that it will be available without interruption or free of error, and may change or withdraw any part of it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
11. Changes to these terms
The company may issue a revised version of these terms at any time. Each version is published at its own permanent address and earlier versions remain available. Use of the site after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of it.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms should be sent to the address on the Contact page.
